Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Smoothie

Apples and cinnamon go together like peanut butter and bananas. What better way to enjoy these classic and comforting flavors than in this delicious fiber-filled smoothie? Crisp, tangy, and sweet apples are blended together with warm cinnamon, protein-rich nut butter, and earthy greens to offer a smoothie that is abundant in flavor, fiber and nutrients.

2 cups organic apple (cored and cubed, skin on)
2 tbsp hemp seeds (hulled)
1 cup organic spinach
2 tbsp organic peanut butter (or other nut or seed butter of choice)
1 cup plant-based milk (unsweetened)
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 handful ice, +1 handful as needed

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
